All of the HLN heaters need to go through rigorous tests before
they can hit the market. Conducting in-situ extreme cold
environment tests is a standard process for the company as new
lines of HLN heaters become available. The company has done
multiple tests at an environment temperature of lower than -45°C.
In the tests, all air heaters of 2KW, 4KW, 7KW, and water heaters
of 5KW, 10KW, 12KW and 15KW are able to start and operate smoothly.
In addition, lab tests simulating low temperature (-41°C) and high
elevation environments, salt spray, water splash, and
electro-magnetic field interference are required for HLN heaters.
Installation position
(this product is suitable for most models, many installation
positions can be selected at will)
Truck : the heater is located at the foot of the co pilot, on the rear arm
of the cab, under the driver's back and in the toolbox;
RV : the heater is located in front of the front passenger, between the
front and front passenger seats, under the bottom, and under the
container
MPV : in a five seater seven seater car, the heater is mainly installed
in the fire trunk of the passenger compartment of the vehicle. The
heater can also be fixed under the bottom of the vehicle, but it
should be waterproof and splash proof
Engineering machinery : the heater is located in the box of the driver's seat, on the rear
arm of the cab, and inside the protection box
