HLN provides air intake fan with brushless motors to independent
parking heaters. The motor of the air intake fan is a key part in
the parking heater that largely decides the life of the heater. HLN
brushless motor can work for at least 5,000 hours during rigorous
lab tests. In real operations, its service time can be much longer.
With the brushless motor, HLN heaters can comfortably work for 5
years without major maintenance requirement. Therefore, with HLN

Combustion chamber is a key part of the heater that largely decides
the durability of the heater in the long run. HLN selects and
utilizes only the best 301S material to make the heater last under
all kinds of harsh conditions. Every heater user can do a simple
test to judge if the combustion chamber has used good material –
use a piece of magnet to see if it can attach to the combustion
chamber. If so, it means there is too much iron, instead of steel
in the combustion chamber. Therefore, in the long term, heaters
with such combustion chambers are more prone to failures.
The Diesel air parking heater is a small fuel furnace controlled by
a single-chip micro-processor. Its furnace body is located in the
hood-shape case,which serves as independent air passage. Cold air
is sucked into the air passage by the heat supplying fan and blown
out when it becomes hot, so as to form another heating system that
is independent to the original heating system of the vehicles.
