Features
The HLN Aerolyn air heaters work independently from the vehicle
engines to provide heat to vehicle inner spaces. With the current
development of internal combustion engines, efficiency has improved
to a level that engine residual heat may not be able to meet the
heating requirement of the inner compartment all the time. As a
result, a new heating source becomes necessary to keep the comfort
level of the vehicle. HLN Aerolyn air heaters work just to solve
the problem. The heater draws fuel directly from the vehicle’s fuel
tank, has an independent combustion chamber and heat dissipation
system. Because it works only to generate heat, the heat conversion
efficiency of the heater is significantly higher than that of the
engine.
Combustion chamber is a key part of the heater that largely decides
the durability of the heater in the long run. HLN selects and
utilizes only the best 301S material to make the heater last under
all kinds of harsh conditions. Every heater user can do a simple
test to judge if the combustion chamber has used good material –
use a piece of magnet to see if it can attach to the combustion
chamber. If so, it means there is too much iron, instead of steel
in the combustion chamber. Therefore, in the long term, heaters
with such combustion chambers are more prone to failures.
