Working Principle
Combustion supporting air from surrounding environment mixes with
fuel from fuel tank in combustion chamber. Then, the mixture is
ignited. Heat exchanger will send the heat to cooling liquid
circulation system.
Scope of Application
Mainly apply to starting in low temperature, defrosting and heating
of all kinds of vehicles which use water-cooled engine such as
sedan cars,commercial vehicles, passenger cars, trucks, engineering
vehicles, boats,ships and yachts.

Features
An HLN coolant heater integrates seamlessly into the engine coolant
loop, providing an independent heating source. Within the HLN
coolant heater system, the metering pump connects to the existing
fuel tank, supplies diesel fuel to the heater for combustion. The
circulation pump draws engine coolant into the heater. The heater
heats up the coolant, and the coolant continues to warm up the
engine block to avoid cold start, or keep the engine operating in a
desired temperature. As a result, engine wear is reduced, and the
vehicle cabin can be warm without idling the engine.
The HLN Smart timer is first of the kind in the parking heater
industry. The design of the timer has integrated both sophisticated
user requirement and the opinions from industrial design experts.
The digital controller includes not only the timer function for the
heater users, but also additional special functions for maintenance
