The HLN Aerolyn 2000 air heater is an ideal solution for your cabin
heating needs. It can heat the space without idling the engine. The
heater can seamlessly integrate to the existing fuel supply system,
and operate independently from the engine. A fuel tank is also
available in case the vehicle does not operate on diesel. The
products have been widely installed on vehicles operating in
Europe, Asia-Pacific and Americas, receiving positive feedbacks
from operators of trucks, agricultural vehicles, caravans and more.
This compact unit quietly provides 2 kW (7,000 BTU/h) of heat
output. With its low maintenance and efficient operations, the
Aerolyn 2000 air heater can comfortably pay for itself in months.
All of the HLN heaters need to go through rigorous tests before
they can hit the market. Conducting in-situ extreme cold
environment tests is a standard process for the company as new
lines of HLN heaters become available. The company has done
multiple tests at an environment temperature of lower than -45°C.
In the tests, all air heaters of 2KW, 4KW, 7KW, and water heaters
of 5KW, 10KW, 12KW and 15KW are able to start and operate smoothly.
In addition, lab tests simulating low temperature (-41°C) and high
elevation environments, salt spray, water splash, and
electro-magnetic field interference are required for HLN heaters.
This heater uses the diesel as the fuel. After heat the exchanger,
the hot air go through the air blower, arrives to the compartment,
storehouse, therefore, achieve the purpose to heat the vehicle. The
heater can be applied for heating the cab of the freight vehicles,
vans, cars and all kinds of other vehicles. And it could be control
with two ways: use the control switch and control with extended
function-use the GSM mobile phone controller.
