Features
HLN Aquano 10K coolant heater operates independently to heat the
engine coolant or cab heating equipment so as to preheat the
water-cooled engine and supply heat to the cockpit. The heater is
featured with low fuel consumption, high thermal efficiency and low
exhaust emissions. In the winters, the heater can greatly reduce
the difficulty of the engine cold start, reduce engine wear, fuel
consumption, and thus extend the engine life. HLN Aquano 10K
coolant heaters take use of external electromagnetic pumps for fuel
supply. External control systems and ignition systems are equipped
for easy maintenance.
The HLN Aquano coolant heaters preheat the engines in cold weathers
to reduce engine wear at the starting stage. At the initial engine
starting stage, there is no lubricant on the engine cylinder bore
and pistons. Low temperature causes lubricant to increase in
viscosity, causing it hard to splash lubricant on to the engine
cylinder or pistons. With HLN coolant heaters, the lubricant
becomes warm before the engine starts, making the entire cylinder –
piston system better lubricated and protected at the engine
starting stage. Thus, engine wear reduces significantly and
long-term vehicle maintenance cost also reduced.
The heating system uses diesel as fuel. After heating the cooling
liquid of the engine, the forced-circulation water pump circulate
in the car's water way, preheats the engine and reduces the
attrition, achieves the purpose of eliminating the frost and
warming the compartment.
Working Principle
The heating system uses diesel as fuel, after heating the
exchanger, sends warm air to compartment and other storehouses by
air blower. As a result, heat the whole car and remove the frost.
