All of the HLN heaters need to go through rigorous tests before
they can hit the market. Conducting in-situ extreme cold
environment tests is a standard process for the company as new
lines of HLN heaters become available. The company has done
multiple tests at an environment temperature of lower than -45°C.
In the tests, all air heaters of 2KW, 4KW, 7KW, and water heaters
of 5KW, 10KW, 12KW and 15KW are able to start and operate smoothly.
In addition, lab tests simulating low temperature (-41°C) and high
elevation environments, salt spray, water splash, and
electro-magnetic field interference are required for HLN heaters.
HLN provides heater accessories targeting various applications. To
meet the demand of recreational vehicle users, the company supplies
fuel tanks of different grades. From dark color ones that can
prevent fuel degradation when exposed to direct sun shine, to the
more economical white ones. To meet the demand of boat users, the
company supplies installation plates, screws of different grades of
stainless steel, in addition to line connection plugs that can
