Features
All of the HLN heaters need to go through rigorous tests before
they can hit the market. Conducting in-situ extreme cold
environment tests is a standard process for the company as new
lines of HLN heaters become available. The company has done
multiple tests at an environment temperature of lower than -45°C.
In the tests, all air heaters of 2KW, 4KW, 7KW, and water heaters
of 5KW, 10KW, 12KW and 15KW are able to start and operate smoothly.
In addition, lab tests simulating low temperature (-41°C) and high
elevation environments, salt spray, water splash, and
electro-magnetic field interference are required for HLN heaters.
HLN has a rigorous and efficient design and development process.
The process starts from fully understand customer needs. Then, the
team would pay extra attention to reliability, easy-maintenance,
safety and environment protection to optimize the product design.
The development team would carry out both software and hardware
design based on the customer needs. During the process, the
engineers would also carry out SFMEA, DFMEA analysis, dynamic
management, and provide real-time updates.
In parallel with the engineering team, the management team would
also establish a project responsibility system, to carry out
milestone management, and close loop management of existing
problems.
The HLN Air Heater is designed to be used as an auxiliary and
sometimes primary heater in car, trucks, RVs, boats, buses,
construction and farm equipment. The heater provides heat using the
vehicles fuel and battery power without the need for the vehicle
engine to waste fuel by idling just to provide heat. The HLN
Heaters compact design, ease of use, low maintenance and low
operating cost make it ideal for many mobile application where and
efficient manner of providing heat is required.
